Payment by credit card
We accept Matercard and Visa. Transactions are handled securely via PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to use this service and your credit card details are not stored or seen by LabwareHouse.

A note about AMEX cards
While our PAYPAL service will accept AMEX as a payment option, an international exchange fee will be charged by AMEX to your account. This can result in the transaction costing you around 5% more than when using Mastercard or Visa.

Electronic Funds Transfer
If you choose to pay by bank transfer (such as via internet banking), our bank account details will be provided to you when you select this payment option at the checkout.

Purchase orders.
We recognise that for educational purchases and some businesses a purchase order is the best option. Simply select "Purchase Order" as your payment option at the check out, enter your order number and we will invoice your accounts department.

Delivery
Where ever possible, stock items are delivered anywhere in New Zealand within 2 days of your credit card order.
Orders payed by cheque or bank deposit may be delayed while funds are cleared.

Shipping fees
A minimum packing and shipping fee is charged on all orders. Shipping costs will be shown on checkout before payment is made.

Returns
We fully guarantee satisfaction of your purchase. If you are unhappy with any items purchased we will gladly refund the purchase price on return of goods.
